The skill of attentive and active listening is now and has always been the key to effective networking.

Today we have a gentleman that has built his successful career on active and attentive listening.  Kelly Condon and I met over 20 years ago at a soccer field where our daughters played soccer together.  

Kelly has always been in roles where he has the ability to impact other’s careers and help them through networking.   Kelly has recently started with Fortis Bank and has been a top producer at some of the largest banks, including Cobiz and excellent careers at Vectra Bank and US Bank.
